Title: Poppy Seed Sauce

Yield: 20 Servings

1cPlain low-fat yogurt
2tsGrated orange zest;
2tsGrated lemon zest;
2tbRaspberry vinegar =OR=-
2tbApple cider vinegar;
1tbOrange juice concentrate; frozen
3tbPoppy seed;

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well blended. Chill before serving to develop taste. Makes about 1 1/4 cup. 20 servings (1 tablespoon).
